Why hasn't my order shipped?
If your order has not shipped, it's likely that one or more of your items are pre-order. If the standard processing time has passed and you have not received any correspondence, please email our Customer Care Team at hello@lavishedbyreneejae.com
Can I cancel my order?
All orders are final after they have been placed. Under no circumstances do we cancel, edit, or refund orders.
Please double check your order and sizes prior to checking out to insure correct items.
I want a refund?
As noted in our store policy, we do not offer refunds of any sort. If you are unhappy with any clothing item you have purchased you have 7 days to request a return for store credit. NO RETURNS on beauty or body care products.
How do I use body oil/face oil?
• Apply body oil after shower or bath. Pat dry skin but leave it slightly damp
• Pay attention to your elbows, knees, hands and feet and if needed apply an extra layer
• Use instead of shaving cream - apply a layer of body oil onto the desired area and shave as normal
• Add a few drops of body oil to your bath to soften skin as you soak; or apply oil before a shower to combat dry skin
• If you use lotion, it's best to apply the body oil after; you can also mix in a few drops of oil into your lotion
How should I care for my products?
Keep out of direct sunlight and keep in cool dry place. Most of our body care products are made from natural oils, please avoid direct contact with clothing and linen. We highly recommend dry cleaning for any spills.
Are your products safe for people with nut allergies?
Our oils are not recommended for anyone with nut allergies.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide through DHL. Please note that shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.
