At Lavished by ReneeJae, we stand behind the quality of our botanical luxury skincare products. However, we do not offer refunds due to the personal nature of skincare products.
Exchanges
While we don't offer refunds, we may consider exchanges on a case-by-case basis for unopened products within 14 days of purchase. Please contact our support team to discuss your situation.
Damaged or Defective Items
